Full Time Permanent Position in Glen Rock, NJ

The Opici Group, a wine & spirits distributor in Northern NJ is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Customer Operations. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi entity environment and possess strong attention to detail.

The position provides a high-level of customer support to all Opici selling markets through consistent response to inquiries, order processing, cash application, strong product knowledge, and timely project completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Support and Order Placement: Respond to customer and sales inquiries via our centralized call center.  Receive and process customer orders same day.  Assist customers with product questions, inventory checks, pricing, shipping and billing information, and address any additional questions or issues.

Sales Support: Provide assistance to all sales personnel, research problems, and alert sales of any pertinent customer issues or complaints.

Accounts Receivable: Process customer payments on a daily basis. Identify payment disputes and submit to Credit for review.

Project Support: Manage a variety of projects requiring daily, weekly, or monthly attention.  Project leads are assigned to ensure deadlines are met.  Each CSR may be assigned to multiple projects.  Additional projects may be assigned or reassigned by department manager as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

System Knowledge: Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, and will need to become proficient with our in-house computer system.

COMPENSATION: Hourly rate position determined by experience.  Eligible for Benefit Package and 401k (with Company Match) after 90-days. Paid Time Off.
