Director of NY State Wineries, Sandy Waters will retire at the end of March. Sandy has been a driving force in the NY Winery industry and was a major asset to us at Opici. We wish her well in all of her future endeavors.

Katie Roller has filled this position and has been working with Sandy over the past 4 weeks. She is a welcome addition to our team and comes to us with several years of Winery experience with Wagner and is well known and respected throughout the NY Winemaking community. I’m sure we will be able to share many success stories from her.
