POSITION SUMMARY: The Opici Group is looking for a dynamic & outgoing Content Specialist to work with a family-owned company and represent fine wines and spirits from all over the world.
OPEN POSITION: Under the direction of the Senior Trade Marketing Manager, the Content Specialist will be responsible for assisting in daily operations and support for Trade Marketing & Graphics to include e-Comm support, Graphic Sales Support, Truck Wrap Administration and Special Projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office Suite required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate, design and update Market Materials for Corporate Initiatives, Trade Marketing and the Sales Force to include Corporate Catalogs, Look Books, POS and Digital Asset Management.
- Assist in publishing social media and eComm marketing strategies.
- Assist in the coordinating & scheduling of Truck Wraps.
- Design, layout and update graphic job requests to include submitting the files to outsource printers, proof approval in accordance with department guidelines.
- Work as a team to reach deadlines.
- Well organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, and a self-starter are critical skills along with the ability to develop strong relationships and work in a productive cross-functional team environment.
- Proofing skills and time management are critical.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience in content marketing with knowledge of social media platforms.
- Able to design and print sales support materials including but not limited to wine list, drink menus, store signs, sell sheets and promotional catalogs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Hourly Salary position determined by experience, Eligible for Health and Welfare Package and 401k (with Company Match). Holidays and Paid Time Off. Hybrid Work Schedule.May require overtime.
