OPICI/RNDC NY is currently seeking Director of Sales to join our growing Company and our RNDC Sales Force. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is both a field and office position. Primarily reporting out of the NYS Sales office in Manhattan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute and Deliver Sales Plans through effective management of Sales Teams.
  • Creation and Execution of Go-to-Market Strategies.
  • Lead Sales Team inclusive of Regional Managers and Key Account Managers, assess talent, make suggestions for training, and developing skill sets to drive personnel to success.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Implement the route to market and sale strategies to be executed by the selling divisions.
  • Define the optimal sales force structure in each selling area and work with regional sales managers to implement go-to-date market strategies and processes.
  • Define and oversee compensation and incentive programs for all direct sales management reports.
  • Define and coordinate corporate sales training programs as needed.
  • Work with VPs and EVP to develop detailed and accurate sales forecasting and demand planning by vendor.
  • Manage key customer relationships across markets and channels.
  • Coordinate with VPs and EVP and all sales division communication between all corporate operational departments.
  • Participate in company inventory as necessary.
  • Make deliveries for emergency situations as necessary.
  • Attend Dinners and Company functions as needed outside of normal business hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university preferred but not necessary if candidate has one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Diver Power User
  • Valid driver’s license is mandatory, with acceptable to good driving record.
  • Self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal skills with excellent customer relations skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds.
  • Good mathematical skills are preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Salary range$150-$175 Eligible for Health and Welfare Package and 401k (with Company Match). Paid Time Off.
