Opici Family Distributing of New York/RNDC New York is seeking dynamic outgoing Regional Managers for the Albany/Saratoga Area. Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates.
- Increase sales in on and off premise accounts as well as add new accounts to the territory.
- Execute an overall sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and placement goals.
- Provide exemplary sales leadership and ongoing customer service for all accounts
- Professionally plan and execute and lead supplier market visits in your territory.
- Attend sales meetings, annual portfolio tastings and other company events.
Qualifications:
- 4yrs industry experience.
- Passion for fine wine and craft spirits and desire to increase overall knowledge through education.
- Must be outgoing, personable and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must own or have daily access to a vehicle.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must be highly organized.
- Computer literate with Excel skills.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Annual base salary based territory and experience with a range of $85,000 to $120,000. Expense allowance. Eligible for Health and Welfare Package and 401k (with Company Match). Paid Time Off.
